If your size is not available you can contact us specifying the model you want and the size you need and we will try to make your ring as soon as possible.

We make our pieces with natural materials so there may be subtle variations in color tones and texture. We always use the same materials for each model; but the wood grain and color shades may change from one model to another. Each ring is unique!

The price of the products sold is indicated next to the descriptive card of each one of them and includes the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax is applicable, it will be indicated. If your order is blocked at any customs office we are not responsible for any additional charges.

Handling and preparation of the shipment 24/48h.

We usually have free shipping to Spain and few other countries in Europe. However, the system automatically calculates the shipping costs and may vary according to the following circumstances:

  • Type of shipment (normal or express).
  • Total amount of the order.
  • Shipping company rates, which are subject to periodic updates.

The deadlines indicated are dependent on the proper and normal functioning and logistical development of the preparation and shipment process, as well as the volume of orders at any given time.

Our courier company will send you an email with the tracking number to follow the order once it has been prepared and leaves the warehouse in accordance with the preparation and shipment deadlines.  When you receive it, you will be able to enter it in the corresponding tracking page.

If your order is addressed outside of Spain, you will receive the tracking information to be entered on the page of the company in charge of delivering the order to the destination country. The type of delivery chosen will determine that the tracking is available in real time.

No deliveries are made on non-working days or holidays.

You have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, which is to carry out the termination of the contract. To exercise this right, you must follow the procedure established in the “Right of Withdrawal” clause detailed in the Terms and Conditions and in the Returns section of our website.

Our products are guaranteed for two (2) years from the date of purchase. If any of our products have a manufacturing defect within this period, please contact us through the CONTACT form detailing the problem.
